Step 1: Confirm whether the specifications and models of the motor and the hollow rotary platform are correct, and clean the mounting surfaces of the motor and the hollow rotary platform.

Step 2: Remove the buckle plug on the connecting flange of the hollow rotary platform, and turn the locking ring until the locking ring screw is aligned with the plug hole; Remove the original key on the motor shaft. If necessary, install the balance key

Step 3: Install the motor vertically, confirm the size of the motor shaft center. If it is smaller than the diameter of the input hole, select an appropriate shaft sleeve and then install it vertically. When the motor is flat shaft, align the bushing and clamp it on the center line of the flat shaft, so that the locking ring screw is perpendicular to the flat shaft surface.

Step 4: Use a torque wrench to tighten the positioning bolt diagonally with 5% of the recommended torque value of the locking torque table (lock the screws step by step according to the service diagonal sequence table)

Step 5: With reference to the locking torque table, use a torque wrench to lock the locking ring and install the buckle plug back.
