When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft of the gear motor, be sure to operate gently. Do not use tools such as a hammer for rough installation. It is better to use an assembly fixture and the internal thread of the end shaft for installation. Press the transmission parts into the reducer with the force of bolts, so as to protect the internal parts of the reducer from damage.

During installation, special attention shall be paid to the alignment of the transmission technology center axis. The alignment error shall not exceed the value compensation of the coupling used in the reducer. After the gear reducer is aligned according to the design requirements, it can obtain more ideal transmission control effect and longer service life of the network.

The installation of the gear motor is very important. In order to ensure stability and firmness, the reducer should be installed on the horizontal foundation or base in general, and the oil in the oil drain tank should be drained, and the cooling air should circulate smoothly. If the reducer is not properly fixed and the foundation is not reliable, it will cause vibration and other phenomena, and also cause unnecessary damage to the bearings and gears. Before running the gear motor, the motor should be ready for operation. Remove the vent plug from the oil tank, replace it with the vent plug, open the oil level plug screw to check the oil level, and add lubricating oil to make it exceed the oil level plug screw until the hole overflows. After tightening the oil level plug and making sure it is correct, start the test run.
