Generally, the small power planetary reducer has no independent control power input, and its control power is directly connected with the input power inside the planetary reducer. However, for high-power planetary reducer above 55k, independent control power supply shall be connected to the connection ends R/L1 and S/L2 of the planetary reducer. When the power supply is input independently, the control voltage can be AC200V or AC400V, and the control voltage shall be selected according to the short-circuit installation actually connected. Start to confirm that the planetary reducer is displayed as the display page of given frequency after the power is connected. If other statuses are displayed, the fault shall be eliminated before entering the quick debugging mode. Automatic adjustment. After the basic settings of quick commissioning are completed, it can be determined whether automatic adjustment of the motor is required according to the actual needs. Or modify relevant parameters through setting mode (ADV)

Generally speaking, using automatic adjustment can make the motor parameters inside the planetary reducer more accurate, and its operation is simpler. Therefore, the planetary reducer used should be automatically adjusted once as much as possible. After completing the economic and rapid debugging settings and automatic adjustment of your own operation, you can further set the relevant parameters in the setting mode (ADV) according to your own actual needs.
