Correct operation process of synchronous wheel drive:

1.Turn off the power, remove the protective cover, and loosen the motor mounting bolts. Move the motor so that the belt is loose enough and can be removed without prying. Do not pry the belt.

2. Remove the old belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may indicate a problem with the design or maintenance of the drive.

3. Select a suitable belt for replacement.

4. To clean the belt and pulley, soak the rag with a little problem to prevent it from passing the volatile liquid test. It is not advisable to soak in the cleaner for a long time or use the system cleaner to brush the belt. To remove oil and dirt, it is obviously not advisable to use sandpaper or a sharp object to scrape. The belt must be able to keep dry before use during its own installation.

5. Check the pulley for abnormal wear or cracks. If excessive wear occurs, the pulley must be replaced.

6. Check whether the pulley is straight and symmetrical. It is important that the pulleys are aligned symmetrically with respect to the operation of the belt, especially the operation of the synchronous belt drive.

7. Check the symmetry, durability and lubrication of other transmission parts, such as bearings and sleeves.

8. Use and install a new belt on the belt drive pulley. Never pry or use excessive force.

9. Tighten the center distance of the drive until the tension gauge detects the correct belt tension. Rotate the coil drive wheel by hand and re measure the tension.
