Double support servo planetary reducer has two support points. The gears on the planetary gear rack are stressed on both sides, which ensures stability and accuracy of the planetary reducer, even if it is subjected to a lot of torque.
The single bracket has only one point of support, and the gear in the planetary gear rack has only one force side. When the single support reducer is stressed, the gear will be tilted to the other side. Over time, there will be increased noise, gear deformation, accelerated wear, shortened life, many shortcomings will be exposed.
When the output shaft of the planetary reducer is loaded, the gear of the single-support planetary reducer will move in the opposite direction to the output shaft, so that the friction coefficient between the planetary gear and the planetary inner ring will increase. However, the result is increased noise, reduced efficiency, increased temperature, and even severe oil leakage.
In addition, the planetary reducer is mainly used to match the servo motor. As we all know, servo motors are characterized by small size, high accuracy and frequent positive and negative rotation. When the single-supported planetary reducer is used together with the servo motor for frequent forward and backward rotation, the gear pin on the planetary rack of the single-supported planetary reducer is prone to rigid deformation, which leads to a large gap in the single-supported planetary reducer.
4. Double support and single support cost of planetary reducer
