Product Descriptions:

The rack is divided into straight rack and helical rack. The tooth profile of the rack is a straight line rather than an involute (for the tooth surface, it is a plane), which is equivalent to a cylindrical gear with an infinite indexing circle radius.

The precision grinding rack has high-precision DIN 5. The tooth surface is finely ground by the NC gear grinding machine. All surfaces of the rack are ground, the module m1-m20 and the tooth top are trimmed, which is more suitable for high-speed operation.

Rack parameters are described as follows:

1. Accuracy grade: DIN 3962 (DIN 867) - l5e24 adjacent pitch error FR ≤0.003 mm;

2. Cumulative error FP≤0.035mm/m optional material of rack: 45; 42CrMo20CrMn;

3. Tooth surface hardness corresponding to different materials: 45 steel-hrc45 (medium frequency surface quenching), 42crmo-hrc50 (medium frequency quenching) 20crmnmo-hrc58-60 (carburizing or quenching).
