1.For hardness tooth surface gear 350HB,the hardness fit for conjugate gear is the same as that of soft tooth surface gear;

2.The minimum hardness of spur gears and small and medium-sized electronic gears is 20-25HB higher than the maximum different hardness of conjugate large gears.For helical or herringbone gear mechanisms,the minimum average hardness of soft tooth surface gears and small gears shall be 40-50HB higher than the maximum relative hardness of conjugate large gears;

3.If small gears is surface quenching hardened,three soft tooth surfaces shall be matched.Taking the worm gear reducer as an example,the big gear is nitrided and carburized. The hardness of automatic gear shaft is 285320HB and that of driven gear is 245285HB.
