2. Heavy load

The friction and wear between gears are large, causing the temperature of the tooth surface to rise. Therefore, the advantages and disadvantages should be weighed, and the oil products with appropriate viscosity grade or load grade should be selected according to the load conditions to avoid stepping on thunder. The use of extreme pressure gear oil and high viscosity oil is indeed beneficial to lubrication, but it also has a negative effect of poor heat dissipation.
3. Running in period
The newly installed gearbox needs a running in period to better fit the operation of the whole machine. Just like a newcomer joining a new team, there will always be a running in period, but the difference is that the equipment has not yet entered the regular use stage, which leads to greater wear and tear, causing the temperature of the tooth surface of the servo motor reducer to rise, driving the temperature of the gear oil to rise. It is true that such temperature rise is a necessary stage for the normal operation of the equipment. After this special period, the machine will return to normal. However, the first oil change period of the new gearbox is short, and the washed abrasive can be brought out through oil change.
4. A lot of oil
The oil level is too high due to excessive oil filling before startup, which affects the normal heat dissipation of the servo motor reducer gear. Note: Too much or too little oil will affect the heat dissipation effect.
